Oscar Issac Lands Key Role In X-Men: Apocalypse

Entertainment Weekly confirms Oscar Issac (A Most Violent Year, Star Wars: The Force Awakens) will play the title role in X-Men: Apocalypse, which is set to be released May 27, 2016. The follow up to Days Of Future Past will take place in the 1980s, and feature the younger versions of the X-Men mutants as played by James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, and Michael Fassbender.
