Kodi Smit-McPhee Cast As A Young Nightcrawler For X-Men: Apocalypse

X-Men: Apocalypse director Bryan Singer has revealed via his Instagram account that young actior Kodi Smit-McPhee (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) has been cast to play a young Kurt Wanger, AKA the blue-skinned fuzzy elf Nightcrawler, who was born with the power of teleportation.

Alan Cumming first played the character of Nightcrawler in X2: X-Men United.
