'Dazzler' To Appear In New 'Dark Phoenix' Movie

Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that mutant pop star Dazzler will appear in Dark Phoenix, the upcoming X-Men film about the classic Jean Grey storyline.

Dazzler will have a small role in the movie and there is no plans at the moment to have Taylor Swift play the character, based on internet gossip.

The November 2nd, 2018 scheduled X-Men movie is being directed by Simon Kinberg and stars Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Alexander Shipp and Kodi Smit-McPhee. Jessica Chastain is also in talks to play the film’s villain.
