For those who were worried that Disney might want to make Deadpool more kid friendly now that they will be taking over the movies from 20th Century Fox, worry not. According to Disney's Bob Iger in a conference call today, the merc with a mouth with remain rated R.

When referring to Deadpool he said, "It clearly has been and will be Marvel branded. But we think there might be an opportunity for a Marvel-R brand for something like Deadpool, as long as we let the audiences know what's coming, we think we can manage that fine."

It was announced this morning that Disney would be buying many of the 20th Century Fox assets including the right to make X-Men, Deadpool and Fantastic Four movies.
