William Hurt Passes Away At Age 71

So sad. One of my all time favorite sci fi stories is Dune. Until the latest movie the SciFi Channel had the best adaptation with William Hurt as Duke Leto Atreides.

It's always sad when someone you recognize passes. I will always remember him as John Robinson in the 90's Lost in Space... such a terrible movie but I loved it as a kid. All the best for his loved ones, may he rest easy.

They wrapped filming last August

R.I.P. He was great as General Ross. Hopefully there's way to honor him in MCU and also continue stories that were pretty much building around him.

What the hell?? I had no idea about his condition....R.I.P.

Always loved his work, especially the trippy Altered States film. Didn't know he was ill but then, he was one of the few actors that valued his privacy and liked to keep his private life separate from his public one.

Requiescat In Pace, always wanted to see more of Ross in the MCU, he was absolutely perfect, since that scene of the Consultant...
