Outsiders - November 09, 2023
Disney/Marvel's Deadpool 3 has been postponed from its original release date of May 3, 2024, leaving the summer season without a kickoff film. The movie, directed by Shawn Levy, is currently going back into production and will now take over the release date of Captain America: Brave New World, which was originally set for July 26, 2024.

However, Captain America will no longer be the summer kickoff film, as it has been moved to February 14, 2025.

Blade, which was originally set for release on Valentine's Day 2025, has been moved to November 7, 2025.

Thunderbolts, which had not yet started production due to strikes, have been moved from December 20, 2024, to July 25, 2025.

Sony, which controls the rights to Marvel's Spider-Man universe, has also moved its 2024 spinoff threequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage from July 14 to November 8.

Hopefully it will also mean Hasbro will hold off on the movie tie-in waves

Sony Pictures has decided to delay the release of the third "Venom" movie, which stars Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom. Originally scheduled for a July 12, 2024, release, the film will now hit theaters on November 8, 2024. This news comes on the same day that SAG-AFTRA, the actors' union, approved a tentative deal to end a strike that had lasted 118 days.

The upcoming installment of the "Venom" series, which is currently untitled, will be directed by Kelly Marcel, who also wrote and produced the first two films. Marcel collaborated with Hardy to develop the story for "Venom 3" and will be joined by producers Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal, and Hutch Parker.

Whatever, I have barely any care for anything mentioned here, I do however really want to see the new Spider-Verse movie, and Ghostbusters, but the rest are who cares IMO, I get why dates are being pushed, obviously form strike reasons but are we supposed to be sad about not seeing Kraven on time

I couldn't give a #$## about the live action Sonyverse garbage but I'm disappointed that Spider-verse is getting delayed. It's for the better though.

Numerous sites believe the reason for the delay is that the movie requires a number of voiceovers and wont be ready in time.
