I think my issue is both visual and cinematic. Visual in the sense that Hulk ( in the movies) seems to wrecks vehicles.......and building facades. That's pretty much it.In cinema, he's pretty much a threat to about a city block....again, that's about it.If they can lead to a a World War Hulk, where his rampages are shown to be a much larger threat, and he has to be dealt with........( which they've kind of already done in Age of Ultron) it would give an angle that they have given only lip-service to, but could really explore. Again, it's saddled with repetition/redundancy, because we've already gotten the visual touchstones for all that. The Hulk is essentially a sympathetic monster, who is carefully shown in mostly a near-heroic light. but to let him really rampage, with the gravitas that his rage HAS TO BE STEMMED, means showing him as a villain. Then the drama has to get personal in uncomfortable ways. Do we want to see the Hulk being really rough with bodies? Dismembering? Killing........and not just a couple of people........but bystanders, innocents. They did that with Darth Vader, but only for a couple of turns........we know he's a villain, but they show him mostly as a hero. There's some redemption there. The Hulk......he should be by rights) right up there with Godzilla, some serious body-counts---but they don/t/won't show it. That's a tough nut to crack.
Finally the punisher is in the movies it took them 10 years but they did it

I have a big problem with a rampaging Hulk again:It's been done before..........and in the very recent past: Captain America: Brave New World. Green Hulk, Red Hulk, She-Hulk......doesn't matter, we've seen the monster(s).That means repeating much of the same visual tone as before............and redundancy equals boredom. That's a core problem that a lot of comic-book properties share: they are riddled with repetition/redundancy. Despite people's expectations, you can only visit so many schticks or tropes so many times before they get stale.Punisher, on the other hand, trying to tempt Spider-Man to the "dark side", and being a more amoral, harsher vigilante would be a great drama, because dealing with that kind of fall-from-grace is at the core of Spider-man's whole raison d'etre. We can see where both are coming from as "heroes", but what Punisher does is so anti-ethical for Spider-man, it would be a very good side-journey.
It can be fun movie in theory, I can imagine rumored Mr. Negative making Smart Hulk wild again, and Punisher looking to take down Mr. Negative. Just like in insomniac video game Mr. Negative will likely fill the void left by Kingpin's possible downfall in Daredevil Born Again Season 2, which should come out just months before Spider-Man movie and they can include small or extensive cameo of Spider-Man in the finale of Daredevil, they don't even need Tom Holland on the set just a stunt double in the costume fighting alongside DD and Punisher in one or two scenes, which will create serious hype for the series and the movie.

Is everyone going to be in this movie??
My take away from this is, OMG really I still have to wait for the next Installment of Spiderverse...all the way in 2027?, they left that last movie at such a point it's caused me stress and it's still ongoing...
Brand New Day certainly seems like a fine name for a new Spider-Man movie, I mean it seems like it's marking and new direction and moving on from the "Home" Trilogy, I like it, but really in the end it could be called Spider-Man and the sub sandwich bandit, as long as it's good.

The title is kind of a joke, but yeah not a good one anyway.
