The Fantastic Four: First Steps Final Trailer

This trailer hyped me more than all the previous ones. Looking forward to the movie.

I think this is gonna be great, can't wait to see it. Notice they showed the device Galactus drains the planets with in this trailer. Don't think things will end well for this planet. I'm truly interested to see how this all plays out and definitely going on opening weekend to watch. The fight with Galactus is going to be epic!

I had nothing against any of the casting, with the semi exception of Pedro but that was because they already had a perfect casting in John Krasinski. Pedro is a great actor though so I have faith, I just really don't like the mustache. Either go clean shaven or full beard.

One thing about the turtle neck sweaters, they don't have to have the cast go through extensive work outs to give them proper comic book physiques wearing spandex. Which was probably the idea all along.

This kind of Validates the whole Walter Paul Hauser as Mole Man thing. It could be just a flashback scene but I think more there will be a montage of scenes of them fighting various threats much like what I suspect is going to be the case with all the characters they are showing for the Superman film. But I think this will be an actual fight scene where they catch the eye of Shalla Bal and eventually she confronts them asking if they are the protectors of this world and of course identifying them as the biggest obstacle between it and Galactus. Whatever the case I'm glad to see a little more substance to the story.

I think this movie and Superman are similar but are taking two different approaches. I think both have media interviews that are filled with flashbacks and Easter Eggs but where F4 is kind of keeping them under wraps to be surprises to the audience it looks like Superman is putting them all out front drawing the crowd in and making it seem like they will have a much bigger part in the movie than they actually do. I do expect Superman to be the better film TBH but the more I see of this movie the more I like it. I'm so excited! So many easter eggs to the original Lee/Kirby days!

I'm guessing this will be part of either a flashback, a "through the years" thing, or just a random event.
