The Fearless Defenders #2 - Action Figure Not Included

Marvel Comics has released the cover image for the second issue of their upcoming new MARVEL NOW series titled "The Fearless Defenders". The cover depicts an image of a action figure blister card for a Dani Moonstar who who will be joining the team this issue. This has caused some confusion with action figure collectors who have been eagerly been waiting the release of the 6" Marvel Legends Moonstar figure from Hasbro.

The two things have absolutely no relation though Hasbro might want to consider hiring artist Mark Brooks who drew the cover for issue #2 to do their Marvel Legends line because his work is very cool looking.

The actual Moonstar figure is being released as a running change figure with Mystique (currently released) in Hasbro's 3rd wave of Marvel Legends and likely won't be seen on shelves till sometime early 2013. Shown below is the cover to the comic as well as the actual Marvel Legends figure. Also listed is the official solicitation for the comic book.
