Donald Duck is a violent, psychotic rage-aholic. I'm confused by any assertion to the contrary.

this can't be a cool story.

So the question actually is: What if the most spineless Disney character became Marvel's most fearless character? I'd roll my eyes so hard it would be audible. And then probably puke. Wait. Already did that. I know it's just for funsies but still it's ridiculous. And it's so cliche as well. Ooooo let's do him roasting marshmallows. How clever. Now he's grilling hotdogs. Brilliant. I'm surprised no one came up with the genius idea of having him scratching Goofie's back whose dressed as Beast. You know someone tried to sell that idea. I'm not a fan of Peach Momoko's work but her cover is the only one that isn't completely mind numbing.
