'Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Spinoff Not Picked Up By ABC

ABC has announced that Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Marvel's Agent Carter have been renewed for next season but they have decided against picking up the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff.

The spinoff set up by events from this season of S.H.I.E.L.D. with Season 2 cast additions Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood, revolving around their characters Lance Hunter and Barbara "Bobbi" Morse, aka Mockingbird. The spinoff was developed by S.H.I.E.L.D. executive producer Jeffrey Bell and co-executive producer Paul Zbyszewski. ABC and Marvel Studios declined comment.
