Hawkeye Gets New Comic Book Accurate Costume For Disney+ Series?

Jay Cochran - May 04, 2021
The other day a new set photo from the Disney+ Hawkeye series which will see Jeremy Renner return as Clint Barton to the MCU surfaced. In the image we see Renner wearing a new costume that looks pretty true to one of the more modern outfits he is seen wearing in the comics. The photo shows him with acturess Alaqua Cox who is said to be playing the assassin known as Echo and already been rumored as getting her own Disney+ spin-off series.

While the Hawkeye series has been in production since late last year, there has yet to be any kind of premiere date for the series announced by Marvel or Disney.

I wish they'd give him a hood/mask or maybe a helmet like Cap's. They're both avengers, can't they share safety equipment? if anything, Hawkeye would need it more since he doesn't have powers.

Looking good. Also apparently there will be some Ronin flashbacks as well

I was hoping the nicest thing I've ever said to you was "Dude, it's not worth wasting your life being consumed by a blind hate," but I'll take it.

This has been going on for like a day now, so I'd suggest just blocking him. Guys like that make these outrageous statements looking for attention and to rile people up. Just mute him and go on with your day. The ignore feature is your friend.

As much as I've learned to dislike the MCU, I have high hopes for all of these shows (okay, maybe not Wandavision). I'm hoping at least a couple will have the parts to remind me how much I once loved this franchise.

I feel tempted to explain again how that image of Brie Larson is based on a targeted campaign of misconstruction, which means there's no point in being consumed by this hatred to the extreme of derailing topics to talk about her (not that that'd be worthwhile even if that hatred was warranted), but that's definitely a Sisyphean task.

Setting aside the obvious difference between love and hate... I gotta say, I've met people who are big fans of Brie Larson, but they've never poured this much energy into her.

Eh, what can I say? She inspires me.
