Justin Benson And Aaron Moorhead Tapped As Season 2 Directors Of Marvel Series 'Loki'

Marvel is looking to start developing the second season of its Disney+ series, Loki, so the company has picked up Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead to co-direct a majority of the episodes for the upcoming season.

Tom Hiddleston is returning to star and executive producer, who along with Michael Waldron, who wrote and served as showrunner in Season 1, will also executive produce Season 2. Eric Martin is penning all six episodes.

Plot details for the new season are being kept under wraps and as for the cast, as of now, Hiddleston is the only one set to return.

Marvel was very impressed with their early work it brought them on to direct a couple of episodes of Moon Knight, which stars Oscar Isaac and bows next month. Sources from the shoot have said that production went so smoothly that it put Benson and Moorhead on Season 2 of Loki immediately to the top of that list.
