Variety that Brendan Gleeson has been added to the cast of the forthcoming Spider-Man Noir series on Amazon.
Gleeson is set to join Nicolas Cage, who was already announced as the lead, along with the newly cast Lamorne Morris in the series. The show, now called “Spider-Noir,” got the green light back in May with Cage taking the lead. As mentioned earlier, it will premiere in the U.S. on MGM+’s linear channel and then roll out globally on Amazon Prime Video.
Jack Huston is set to play a bodyguard in Spider-Noir, the forthcoming live-action series from MGM+ and Prime Video, which is inspired by the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir.

This is pretty great. I always thought Gleeson was a fantastic actor.

According to Deadline, Abraham Popoola has been selected as a regular cast member, portraying a World War I veteran striving to advance.
I still can't believe this is going to be live-action. I mean, I'm excited, but also, really?

If this is MGM+ in the US, I'm thinking I'm never gonna get a chance to watch it.
