base: Icons Captain America Unmasked w. lots of ApoxieSculpt
belt: sheet styrene
chest bling: thumbtacks and party favor necklace chains

I re-modeled the nose and lips and hair. Thought I'd taken WIPs, but didn't realize I didn't until after I painted it. Oh well.
