This Marvelous Custom was done by Lionfireshg who has created a custom 3 3/4"" Marvel Universe Jim Lee Cyclops figure. Here is how Lionfireshg describes the making of this figures:

"I used the Secret Wars Cyclops figure for most of this, but hated his arm length (from the elbow down) and needed new calves, so i traded them out for human torch's body parts.(the best part of that figure is you can make almost everyone out of him). I then added some Aves Fixit, and painted him up. The hair was tougher than nates, but the chest belt(haha) was really fun."
