nice job Rod, very clever of you with the tentacles. do you have access to a camera thats a bit less blurry? i would like to see to the details of your fig once its done.

btw, is the final due date still april 1st? is anyone besides me playing by the rules still?

if im alone then i will just post the pics when im done with my figure, but i was having fun thinking it was a real contest.

he's just focusing on the background. the lighting might be throwing his cell camera's (looks to be a cell)focus off as well.

Actually it's a 12 MP Kodak, but I just snapped the shot too quick. I'll be much more carefull when taking the final pics.

Here he is w/ tendrils. I still need to armor him, give him more hair, and finish painting but these go a long long way.

Got snowed in on Thursday and Friday and thought I'd join in instead of just lurking.

I'm not really a fan of Omega Red but it was interesting Googling reference for him.

I mixed a few random versions together, and added some of my own armor designs.

The only extra figure I had laying around was a Super Hero Showdown Colossus.

It still needs to be touched up but here he is covered with Apoxie Sculpt and a quick paint job:
