This Marvelous Custom was done by Mint Condition who has created custom 3.75" Marvel Universe style U-Foe figures.

Here is how he describes the making of these figures:

"Hey guys! Got some new customs. I made a full set of the Marvel U-Foes on a 3 3/4" scale using Marvel Universe action figures as the bases. If you're unfamiliar with the U-Foes, they consist of Ironclad, Vapor, Vector, and X-Ray. They were a fun project, and after you check out the pictures and description for Vector, you'll see just how much work went into them.
