Fireflamespit who has created custom 3.75" Marvel Universe style Marvel NOW Deadpool figure.
Here is how he describes the making of this figure:
"Finally, I just had to do Deadpool in his Marvel NOW costume.
Here's how it went;
- I sculpted the facial expression and mask, so he has a smirk on his face. And you'll find out why Wade is smiling...
- Sculpted the seams and "quick release" buttons, but I colored them in dark metallic gray so they don't pop out as loud as most illustrations of him depict.
- Sculpted the Bracers and gave him ninja hands which are pretty cool in terms of detail and articulation.
- Sculpted the shin guards and straps.
- Sculpted the details on his shoes.
- Sculpted the belt buckle and gave it a hammered steel look and feel.
- As usual, removable webgear, gun holsters all over and painted to give them that leather look and feel.
- Removable sword sheaths wrapped in gloss black for the shiny leather look and feel
- Custom MP7A1 special forces assault weapon, the ammo drum gives him more ammo for more bang-bang.
- Finally, (drum roll), "somebody ordered extra crispy?!", I saw the recent DP from Sideshow and I just knew that I had to make a chicken for this scale.
