IronWill who has created custom 3.75" Marvel Universe style Cannonball figure.
Here is how he describes the making of this figure:
"I came across Cannonball in a costume that I actually liked him in. I still had an Angel head and I had always wanted to try a pair of goggles from scratch. I also have the collar/shoulder band, but I like him better without it. Chest symbol is painted.
Head - MU Angel
Body - Bullseye
Legs/Belt - Rogers"
