This Marvelous Custom was done by IronWill who created a 3.75" Ultimate Blade figure. Here is how he describes the making of this figure:

"Here is a very quick and easy Ultimate Blade based off his appearance in the Ultimate Spider-Man toon. The entire figure is a GI Joe Roadblock with ROC Baroness Glasses and Snake Eyes sword."
