I think he meant WONDERMAN...then he only had to sculpt a little bit of hair (magic sculpt is awesome if you are not familiar with it). And I think the knee pads are from the comic version of Shocker from a couple years ago. I am a sucker for a custom Cable figure (I have made about ten, including a recent SKRULL version of Cable that I love).
