Marvel Legends Style X-Men Animated Series Quicksilver figure. Here is how they describe the making of the figure:
I made Quicksilver out of the 5 inch Toy Biz figures. He is designed to look like he was animated in the series. Musculature was added to the Spider-Man "bug busters" body and more detail to the Toy Biz Quick silver head. Hope you like him
