Marvel Legends Style Madcap figure. Here is how they describe the making of the figure:
So I'm a sucker for the D list wacky comic character like Creeper, Heckler, Ambush Bug so of course Madcap. Long before Deadpool, this unkillable clown with a mouth hit the pages of Marvel. I've done a couple in the past but this is my favorite to date.
ML Caliban makes up the majority of the custom.
