Great combo figure since groot made the handle

Thor's Breastplate looks amazing, the texture is really on point...

This figure seems to be a lot more accurate than the Marvel Legends version (which has blond hair and the interior of the cape red instead of black). Might pick it up some time...

Yeah, thats about as much as I expected from a Marvel Select. I dont know why they made the cape so tough though. On the Marvel Now Thor they did the cape is pretty flexible. Its made from a rubbery material and it holds its shape but it is not as stiff as that one appears to be.

The Groot seems pretty good and I like its look better than the Legends one. I dont know if its worth getting the arbor just for the Groot though. But for the price youre getting two figures so I dont know.

Mostly paint, I find its good to actually see the figure so you get the one with the best paint. (Where I live I dont think we have a store that sells them so Id have to order online)

also they sometimes have problems with like hand peg holes not fitting right/not havingaccessories fit in hands

I dont collect a lot of Marvel Select, so these figures are a pass for me.

This ser looks cool. A cloth cape would make this Thor way better. If I manage to get this I would definitely consider making one. Also the headsculpt is there, but the paint is way off. The ML looks better.

Groot is pretty much perfect.
