I have him and I think hes wonderful. Very glad to add him into the symbiotes. Its not the toxin I fully want, but I do enjoy me some tenrilous monstrosities that add alittle more color to the black and whites.

I actually tend to agree with Shartimus for once. It's a cool looking figure on its own as just a big chunk of plastic with a cool (giant) head sculpt and decent paint and accessories, but whatever the hell it is, it isn't any version of Toxin I'm familiar with. I know it's "based" on a few different versions, but it's just too darn big. It'll go into a storage bin and Toxin will remain unrepresented in any of my displays until we get a definitive one. Of all the symbiote crap we've gotten and are soon to be getting, poor Venom and Toxy are getting the short end of the stick. Monster Venom is good but the "regular" Venom and "regular" Toxin are both terrible repaints on a terrible buck. Hopefully one day they can get it right. I don't see any reason they can't dust off the old sculpt they used on the Mac Gargan Venom many years ago, retool it and pump up the articulation and do proper versions of these guys. My McVenom is in storage so I'm not able to size him up with the modern round of Infinite figures but I think he might be just the right balance big but not too big to do these guys a proper representation.

As i said before, the more i see this, the less I want it. Hopefully Hasbro will give us an updated Pat soon

After watching several reviews, i was mistaken for treating this as a repaint..it is better than it's predecessors because it comes with accessories and a goodpaint job. If hasbro is going with baf figures as deluxe they should add accessories like this. I was underwhelmed by the monster venom...it feels great to get a BAF venom because it is a free or bonus for completing the wave. But as a deluxe fig alone with deluxe prices, just don't feel right to me.
