With Guardsman now in figure form, it would be pretty simple for Hasbro to give us another Alpha Flight member known as Windshear, he basically has the same type helmet as Guardsman, just gotta add the shoulder rings, neck collar, boot & glove cuffs, another member of AF to make would be Weapon Omega, just repaint the retro Spidey & along with a retooled Box & Marrina, we can get 4 more of the most popular members of AF. The bucks exist for 3 of the 4, Box is the only one that requires a complete retool.

Ordered two off Amazon, wont make Ill findthe Hand Ninja in stores mistake again..

always room for classic versions so very awesome, cant wait to get them

Funny how that goes, isn't it? How can we tell what will be in abundance and what won't? 'Cause I surely would've expected the Hand to be there too

Weren't the Clone troopers all based on Jango Fett? Now if you're talking bout the different colors/ unit designations they gave em, that's different.

No, some did personalise their armour with logos, insinias and other personal effects. Like I said, I like my army to be different.

That's fine, but you really aren't "Army building " per se, if you're gonna individualize them to look different from one another. The Avengers are a team of individual people wearing different attire, an Army looks exactly the same.

Maybe it isn't the usual way to army build but it's the way I like to do it.

But that defeats the purpose of "Army" building. A cohesive unit is in the same uniform so as to not differentiate between members, there is no individualism in a team/unit/squad or Army. If you want different looking characters that are otherwise wearing the same exact armor/uniform, then yeah, you're best off just sticking with 1 Guardsman & getting a redhead human Headsculpt to pass as Kevin O'Brien.

I don't mind my army builders to be somewhat different (in fact I love making them different), it takes the sting out of buying multiples of the same figure

The single-carded A.l.M. trooper had a silver visor on its helmet and yellow glasses. Also, the weapons were multi-colored. The figure was repainted with black visor and black gloves for the 2-pack. The Pulse exclusive army builder is the 2-pac version with black visor and gloves, except the pistol, rifle, and ammo bandolier are all painted black.

Damn.. just damn fine research
