If you mean because of the nanotech, that was already present in the comics.
I'd say this is probably the best MCU Iron Man, it certainly looks good, I will pass, but I can appreciate the effort they put in here, I can't really tell much of a difference with this Thanos and the BAF version, so many MCU Thano's have come out it's dizzying, anyways they should have made the chest plate interchangeable with a non damage chest, that way this could presumably be the definitive MCU armored Thanos, oh wait scratch that I just noticed he only has the Nano Gauntlet, yeah they should have given him the original gauntlet on an addtional hand.

Would prefer the Iron Monger 2 pack..I am so tired of Iron man MCU figs, but this does look like a cool 2 pack.

The size of the heads is a bummer, but luckly is not a deal breaker. What it is, however, is a deal maker because it's enticing me even more to get the MAFEX version of this armor that has a more proportionate head (not to mention import-level sculpt and paint). I can only hope MAFEX delivers on the likeness.

The nanotech armors were more form fitting, but it was still an armor, so Tony's head still looked relatively small when unhelmeted. You can also see that MAFEX kept the proportions from the movie in their own version of the MK 85:
