I had mentioned in another post a while back that Hasbro could have made Stane split apart like Cannonball. Then you could make a partial cockpit to put the top half of his body in.

My order arrived today; its really great. I absolutely LOVE the "glass" cover on the chest plate! They should have used a really bright white/blue paint under the plexigass on the Arc Reactor but otherwise, its about as accurate as it could be from the movie. Really good job here. And Obadiah's business dress shirt has pin stripes!

Nice review Shart! Glad I picked up on this set. Iron Monger is amazing.

They could do wonders by doing a comicaccurate Mandroid. But as I ask myself "wonder when/if" I really would like to know just what figures theyre working on right now. What we can expect to see, etc.

After now watching the majority of $50+ two packs and 'deluxe' type releases being sold for steep discounts a few months after release, I'm not pre-ordering any of these things again. Modok is $33. The Korg set, Ghost set, Loki/Glaive, Mark 1/Stark, IM/Pepper/Mandarin, I could go on and on...all of these ended up going to 50% and lower even.

Don't get me wrong, I'm buying this thing, along with Hydra Stomper, Surtur and probably everything else they come out with. But I'd bet dollars to donuts that they follow the same path as the others. $40 Iron Monger on Black Friday (or before)--you heard it here first!

That is the dilemma us Legends fans are facing these days. Hasbro is putting out so much high quality product we have to pick and choose how we spend our money.. its a good problem to have.

$70 seems high for what this set gives us.on the other hand, if Figuarts or MAFEX did this set it would be 3x this amount. And Hasbros sculpt quality is better IMO.

I admit, between all of these wonderful Infinity Saga sets and Galactus, not to mention the new Pulse exclusive reveals and the rest, money is getting tight.

Glad they revisited Iron Man & Obadiah for this set. As the MCUs first villain he is way over due.
