But youre also completely right that Endgame Thanos had a totally different casual look without his armor, so the figure isnt really correct for anything. Its just Hasbro trying to give us a compelling reason to buy a figure theyve already released three times, but not being willing to go all the way and remold 60% of it.
It's Thanos from the ending of infinity war. His gauntlet was definitely in a bad state after the first snap and he also had a damaged arm and that damage/burn went up to his neck, but there was nothing on his face, so that's an exaggeration on Hasbro's part. You're right about his face, it was burned after the second snap, but the overall figure is from IW, the packaging also has that title. In any case it's his burned face that doesn't match with the rest of the figure, but we've seen Hasbro being a little careless with these kind of things, cause I guess this way they give us the option to display various looks for our figures...which is good, but then again there is no ''farmer'' Thanos figure to put this headsculpt on such a figure, so it's actually up to anyone's preference, because like you said many times Hasbro doesn't go all the way during MANY occasions and we don't have the opportunity to have various and accurate looks, so we're gonna have to settle with custom looks..The way that Hasbro has been with their decision making never really made much sense to me, at least most of the times, so let's not get to that now, cause it's a matter that deserves a forum on it's own, lol.

We only saw the gauntlet without the stones in Endgame and his whole look should've been different had they decided not to give him the stones.
