My only dilemma is whether to pick this up when it's on clearance.
I don't hate it but they at least could have given him regular claw hands and maybe another masked angry head or just remold the previous HOX head without facial hair since that head has the right size that fits the figure better proportions wise.

I've been backing off Legends so I'm on the fence for Wolverine. Its a great figure; no explanation required for why he sells so well, because they generally do well by this figure. Nothing to complain about here, just don't know if I really need him, given the price point. Passed on Siryn and the others (except for Havok, I know I'm getting him).
Looks like just Havok for me. The rest just have no appeal for me. I am locked in at Amazon for $22... hoping his price drops more closer to release
I too am not a fan of this look. Ill be looking to get an Astonishing version when they inevitably release him but that will be my last Wolverine.
thats $25 and some change Hasbro wont be getting from me. At the old price point I was getting every version they put out . At new prices Hasbro lost this sale.. actually since my old habit was to buy two of every figure I bought, they lost $50 of money I gladly spent previously
i need to keep tallying the money Hasbro will lose from me as a result of their price increases and non plastic packaging. I get it that my $$ is a drop in the bucket but Im willing to bet that many others are skipping out on impulse or frivolous buys as well. Not that this will change Hasbros practices but as Ive stated before: losing sales and fans could not have been what Hasbro planned when hiking prices again
Cool figure...dumb concept..."hot claws"
Next please

Yeah, they were probably hoping that fans would be interested in something more modern. Still the basis for the Astonishing look are here with this figure, so it may be coming soon.

I think Hasbro just thinks 'Wolverine' and thinks big sell no matter what. This will easily be at the discount shops down the road. And Id agree, Astonishing would be my choice as well.. if not the last wolverine costume id want thats left.
I think that's the reason he doesn't come with a BAF. Why give the BAF piece to a big name and big seller like Logan when you can include it with the guy who tops worst X-men list alongside Adam X-Terme and Stacy-X, so people will have to get him to get complete their Bonebreaker.

What makes this figure worse is that with a bit of tooling we could have gotten Astonishing X-Men look, which I suspect would have been more desirable. At least there is no BAF piece so I don't have to buy him.
