Yeah. It took me by surprise too, cause they've never done that before. I guess it works for Talos, but they better not use this with other figures like spiderman, that may need a separate neck along with the headsculpt. It limits the range of motion.

Here, here. I don't know about getting this either but you gotta LOVE that Ben Mendelsohn likeness! So fantastic. The face, the street clothes....GREAT JOB!

this is definitely a cool figure for what it is, I gotta praise the Ben likeness on the regular head, it's also a great touch they allowed this figure to be either human for or Skrull form, well executed, I wouldn't buy this but I appreciate what they did with this one, for such a what could be boring figure it sweetens the pot allowing this to basically be two different figures, might make a few double dip.

Yeah I don't think that's possible, cause the neck and the head are one piece.

I like this figure more than I thought, maybe I'll get it at some point.
Hopefully one of the people with this Talos figure can take a picture of Black Series Director Krennic with the human Talos head on, to see if it fits and would be a good replacement for that figure's original Ben Mendolsohn head, as well as a side by side between human Talos and Krennic to see more directly how the size of the new Ben head compares with Krennic's older one
