It has the same rigidity to it as Blade's jacket and Doctor Doom's cape. I don't consider that hard plastic, but it definitely could have been softer.

IDK why they don't make things like that with a softer plastic. It's just like Astonishing Emma Frost all over again.

Is the cloak/tunic a hard plastic? If Hasbro doesn't want to do soft goods they could've at least gone with the super soft plastic like they used for Hulk's ripped shirt.

Again....if any time they were to use soft goods, Red Widow was the figure to do it with. Other companies are already doing cloth capes (Jada Toys Street Fighter M. Bison for example) and trapping her in this hard plastic just ruins the figure.

Figure looks nice, but I hat the character so I'll be passing

This is def one of my fav figures in this wave, might be my fav, love this characters look, only thing about this figure is that the cape/tunic seems super cumbersome, it's just plastic lumps, Overall a really delightful figure to get, and a out of left field selection, she does look quite good with her team-mates as well, I'm actually still really impressed we have this many members of Winter Guard at this point
