It cants downward from her left side to the right. If you look at the paint-line on the left waist. it's a smaller rise to the chest POA than on the right, and likewise the left hip has a larger rise to the paint line than the right.A milimeter or two is not a lot of distance, but it's enough to trick the eye.
Hmm, I was inclined to agree with you. That does appear to be the case from the comparison photo. I could see your point.
...but then things got trickier because I realized I have this figure and could just measure the distances lol. I broke out the measuring calipers for precision and kept the jaws the same distance (did not move them between measures) and they appear to be the same distance, or at least close enough for any slight difference to be negligible. So it's not millimeters difference (although I agree with you that the photos make it appear so), and much less than that, if anything.
In person, it does appear to be the sculpt that's the culprit as the left-side ab is shaped differently and shorter along the bottom edge as well as more rounded rather than squarish. I think that's discernible in these photos.
Anyway, it seems that all of the figures are like this, so no worries. The original comparison image of the two different versions of this figures is from the stock photo of this figure, and the issue can even be seen in that stock photo as well as other photos and video reviews of this figure. I'm just glad that my "4" is painted fairly cleanly.

And this apparently is true for all the figures if you check images and video reviews that others took, now just mine, which was a relief to me. I'm okay with this issue if everyone got a screwed-up figure lol. It's minor though. I still thought it was unusual.
Another weird thing is that I also have the original retro She-Hulk in purple with the same sculpt, but those abs are symmetrical and not slanted, or at least they follow the white paint stripe.

That does look like a mis-aligned paint app. I'm surprised it was not caught and corrected. Now, mind you, the human body and musculature isn't always perfectly symmetrical, so it it could also be the sculpt. The sculptor may have (likely) use reference images from a female body-builder with just such abs.
I just got this figure yesterday. I wanted it as soon as it was announced to go along with my retro FF team. I like it!
But when I first looked at mine, I thought the white waist stripe on mine was painted crooked because the abs underneath do not follow the same line. One ab is higher than the other, along the bottom of the abs. But then I looked at others and they're all like that. Weird!
Not mine, but here's what I'm talking about:

like How many She-Hulks do I need, Uh I need this one!
at first the FF outfit didn't really do much for me. But now that I have the MCU FF? I wonder if I can put her with them. Granted it's a darker blue. But also largely for that head sculpt and dumb bells.I may order another as a blank body to make a Lynda Carter Wonder Woman custom. There are very few 1/10 7" female bucks about. Or maybe I'll wait and see when that 2nd Power Princess arrives.
