Character SummaryBeast (Variant) Blue Fur, Lab Coat & GlassesReviewHow did the variant of the under dog Icon figure do? Of all Marvel characters deemed an "Icon" was Beast the best choice? Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine, Hulk, Venom, Spider-Man.... Beast. Beast? Why in heck did they pick Beast? Don't get me wrong I like Beast just as much as the next guy, but I think someone like Thor, The Punisher, Dr. Doom, Magneto, Phoenix, Daredevil, Moon Knight, etc might have been a more likely choice for "Icon" status. As a figure, personally, I like him, nice new sculpt head to toe, overall nice job. I thought their choice of regular version and variant was an awful mistake. Why make the drab gray Beast that almost no one is even familiar with the regular and the blue-furred, lab rat that we all know and love the variant? What does that give you? Eleven gray Beasts on clearance at Target and no sign of variant Beast at a brick and mortar store ever, that's what it gives you. Read full review... Images
