The Sideshow Exclusive edition of the Blade VS Dracula Diorama includes a bonus accessory available nowhere else: Switch-out hand for Blade holding a sword and bonus gun accessory.

Sideshow Collectibles and Marvel Comics are proud to present the latest addition to our dynamic versus diorama series: Blade VS Dracula. Captured in a climatic moment, Blade thrusts his sword into the ancient creature of the night, fangs bared. They are depicted in one of our most intricately detailed dioramas yet. The Blade VS Dracula polystone diorama is hand cast in high quality polystone, hand painted to exacting standards, and individually numbered. This vibrant diorama features a battery powered light-up element, that illuminates the burning flesh of Dracula's vampiric minions who have fallen at Blade's hands. From the lavish designs etched along the staircase, to the charred remnants of the disintegrating vampires this piece is easily the centerpiece of any collection.

Born over seventy years ago in London, England, Blade entered the world as a casualty in the war between darkness and light. When his mother sought a doctor's aid during severe labor complications, she inadvertently summoned the vampire Deacon Frost, who then feasted on her during her child's birth. The infant absorbed a series of enzymes, and while not being turned into a vampire, he was born as something different - a unique hybrid, possessing many supernatural abilities, such as immunity to vampirism, the ability to sense the supernatural and a resistance to aging. He was mentored by Jamal Afari, and under Afari's tutelage, Blade became a skilled hand-to-hand combatant and an Olympic-level athlete. With these new skills, he waged a personal war against all vampires. Years later, during a confrontation with the scientifically created vampire Morbius, Blade was bitten and further altered. The unique form of Morbius' vampirism transferred enzymes that gave Blade supernatural strength, while he inherited none of the vampire's weaknesses. These new abilities would only add to the arsenal in his never-ending battle. As he carries on his crusade to fight the creatures that rule the night, Blade, the daywalker, has become the thing that haunts the nightmares of monsters.

Dracula, born Vlad Dracula in 1430 A.D., was named prince of Wallachia at age 18 and spent his early life battling the Ottoman Turks. When he was mortally wounded by the Turkish warlord Turac, Dracula was taken to the gypsy Lianda, who under the pretense of healing him transformed him into a vampire. After seeking revenge upon Turac, his journey led him on a quest for power. By defeating the vampire lord Nimrod and consuming the blood of the ancient vampire Varnae, Dracula became Lord of the Vampires and gained greater powers than any other vampire. One of his most bitter rivalries began when he encountered the vampire hunter, Blade. After Dracula transformed Jamal Afari into a vampire, Blade was not only forced to slay his own mentor, but eventually fought and staked Dracula several times, though never completely destroying him. They would cross paths and do battle many more times over the years.

As the last ray of sunlight fades over the stone ramparts of an ancient castle and the specter of night descends, something stirs in the darkness. You hear the beating of leather wings and the sound of a sword sliding from its scabbard. Suddenly two figures leap out from the shadows. Caught in the midst of their struggle, you see Blade, the vampire hunter facing his old foe, Dracula... Lord of the Vampires!
