An early version of 20th Century Fox's "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," mysteriously made it's way on to the Internet yesterday allowing many people to view the film before it's offical release in theatres on May 1.
This leaked version is said to be a early version of the film that is missing many effects and some scenes. At this point no one knows how much damage this leak might cause to the box office take for it's opening weekend but that Fox representitives are actively pursuing to determine who is responsible for this major leak.
“We forensically mark our content so we can identify sources that make it available or download it,” a Fox spokesman said. ”The source of the initial leak and any subsequent postings will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law -- the courts have handed down significant criminal sentences for such acts and the last person who committed such a crime is still in jail.”

The movie was not I also took the asian lady to be Psylocke in a future attempt to create a movie based on Wolverine's adventures under his Patch identity. Though it would be displaced within comic continuity, it would actually fit well as a "before the X-Men" storyline. It's not unlike Fox to no only deviate from comic accuracy, but to deviate to a gross point. Their plans to put Psylocke in a future movie may have been the reason she was edited out of X3.
And I don't like the idea of Psylocke going to be in another movie. And she wasn't edited out, was she? If i remember, she was there when Magneto made a speach in the Church, and also helped capture Warren's dad.
we were talking about X3 before this post
Technically Psylocke was in the movie, or at least the person who played her was, breifly.I had read in a magazine that she was actually to have a more active role but her scenes were on left on the cutting room floor.
It's never made clear that that's who she's supposed to be. Don't even know if she appears in the credits.
Psylocke was in the movielink
Thats X-Men 3! The girl in the bar couldn't eb Psylocke, anyway, otherwise she would be about 40 odd, but in X-Men 3, she is roughly 28.

deadpool without a mouth? wtf?
It makes sense; Would you want him screaming and taunting and saying random stuff when you are testing on him? No. You would sew it up, and let skin go over the stitching, or somthing like that.
He is now the Merc with No Mouth.

The movie was not bad, just extremely fast paced and they tried to pack too many cameos into it. Way too much going on and WTF is up with the Blob. A little bit of comic accuracy goes a long way Fox.I heard not only was the leaked version incomplete, but very incomplete to the point that it was rumored to be a fake ending.
I also heard they gave up on trying to get that Friday Night Lights punk to do a decent Cajun accent about a third of the way through and decided to dub it in at a later time.
I thought the tornado guy was Riptide from the Mauraders and the twins were M. The chick from Shark was totally the right person to cast as Emma and it wasn't completely decisive that she didn't have telepathic powers. She simply wasn't on screen long enough for us to find out. Hopefully they can do more with her in the next movie cause she oozes sexy.

Fake ending? Shame. I realy liked it. And Emma was cool, but she could of used Telepathy against the soldiers to stop fireing, or make someone release everyone. Speaking of which, why didn't she turn Diamond and punch down her cage?

I've seen the movie, It was unfinished and I still enjoyed it. I planned on seeing it in theaters and still do. I don't think it'll hurt the movie in terms of box office revenue. :profx:
I found the version to be pretty entertaining when the effects would blink out or the support cables were left in the shots. I thought all the characters were portrayed well, Gambit and Deadpool were awesome. Sabertooth was perfectly cast. All wolverine fans will love the flick and especially how it ties together with the other X-men movies.
I have to agree with the earlier post that the story was pretty bad. And could've been MUCH better. Just remember it's an ACTION flick and they don't usually depend on storylines.
ill watch it 5 times so it helps out a bit from what happened with the leak.
