This is bad , not only does the figure looks ugly but do we really need another spider man? especially after they announced the MS Daredevil they said it would be the first of an urban heroes theme, I was expecting Luke Cage or some other unreleased hero to be the next MS figure. Ah well

wow, another spiderman figure. horay! thanks marvel select. i hate for the hundred wolverines you are releasing to be all alone. can't we get some character that hasn't been made yet?

I agree. But I'd rather have it than a lesser-made character from MU.

i don't think we need another spiderman figure, especially from marvel select, they should focus on lesser known charecters.

my eyes played a trick on me there.

article said

"Marvel Select"

but the image told me

"Marvel Universe"

it seriously took me a sec to figure out wth was going on.

the joints look eerily similar.

i'll pass. easy for me since i have zero MS figures anyway. (although i'm still considering iron man)

plus i already have that (terrible?) hasbro 360 classic spidey. bought him and gobby for my son.

i swaer we have so many scales...

minimates

MU

MS

ML

legends 360

I'm looking forward to Marvel Select's large scale figures. I don't feel that this Spider-Man figure is up to their standards. Those....knees....argh. I realize it's a prototype but it's hard to believe that the company that made an awesome Thor and Anti-Venom made this. What's up with the car base? Just sayin'.

I think it looks hideous. One of the worst MS figures I've seen in awhile.

MARVELFANCLUB - 2009-06-16 @ 12:26 am

looks good but a little early to tell. he is not so great as sabretooth or wolverine but it is the first pic. i bet it will look great in the end. wondering how those new articulations are turning out.
