Iron Man 2 3.75" Hammer Drones?!?

Two new auctions from seller hktoyking2009 have turned up on eBay of what appears to be upcoming 3.75" Iron Man Hammer Drone figures. The Air Force Drone and Tactical Assault Drone. These figures have been rumored to be part of the 4th wave of Iron Man 2 figures from Hasbro, but nothing has been officially confirmed. You can check out the images from the auction below and keep in mind these are likely factory samples if they are in fact legit, and therefore the final product is subject to change.
