New Marvel Universe 2-Packs & A New Iron Man 2 3-Pack Found In Philippines

Jay Cochran - May 30, 2010
Jiffy18 from the Hisstank forums has found several new Marvel Universe 3.75" items over in the Philippines. First is the new 2-packs which will be released later this year as Target store exclusives. These sets include the following:

- Tiger Stripe Wolverine VS Hand Ninja
- Spiderman VS Green Goblin
- Iron Man VS Black Panther
- Iron Man VS Punisher

These are repaints but it has been noted that this version of Punisher uses the S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent body and has a new head sculpt. It is based on the old Punisher War Journal cover that was drawn by artist Jim Lee. The Black Panther figure used the old Daredevil figure body and Wolverine has a new head sculpt and shoulder pads added.

Also showing up in the Philippines is a new Iron Man 2 based 3-pack which up to this point has not been confirmed by Hasbro. The set appears to contain figures "Concept" based versions from the movie of Iron Mark VI Holographic, Iron Man Hulkbuster and Recon War Machine. Prototypes of these figures had previously showed up on eBay a few weeks ago, and it is unknown at this time how or when this 3-pack will see release here in the United States.

Check out images for all of these in our GALLERY below thanks to Jiffy18.
