Shane Black To Direct 'Iron Man 3'

Deadline is reporting that Shane Black is in final negotiations with Marvel Studios to direct 'Iron Man 3' set to be released on May 3, 2013.

Jon Favreau helmed the franchise for the first and second movie but dropped off the third movie to direct 'Magic Kingdom' at Disney. With the directing job open, Shane stepped in to direct but he is also a writer so it's unknown if he will be penning any of 'Iron Man 3' as well?
