Not terribly surprising, but thanks to some set photo's take in NYC by a SHH reader @claimo on Twitter, we have official indication that Oscorp or at least the Oscorp building will play some kind of role in the upcoming Marc Webb directed Spider-Man movie re-booth "The Amazing Spider-Man."

The website Just Jared has also posted some set images showing actor Andrew Garfield who will play the Wall-Crawler in this movie sporting his nerdy Peter Parker glasses and actress Emma Stone who plays Peter's first love interest Gwen Stacy. These images where taked on Saturday April 30th on location in New York City.

The Amazing Spider-Man in 3D is slated to open in theaters on July 3, 2012.
