This is one of the first Marvel Select figure I've ever seenthat I don't mind. I normally find their face-sculptsor overall figure proportionssuper weird-looking, but I guess they do better with masks.
Seems like a good Marvel Select figure. Though I am curious that they are pics of Taskmaster 1st before there are pics of Black Widow, as I would assume they would make a Widow figure too.
Can't say how good this figure from Diamond Select on pictures.. like their deadpool and spider man, I am very hesitant to get them..For fully costumed characters, I am ok with Marvel Legends...Diamond Select does well in head sculpt and small details.
I think I like the Legend version better, but this does look really good, the brighter colors and accented raised armor for some reason really make this figure resemble something I'd say better fits Power rangers, like a weird Phantom Ranger/Ninjor hybrid which feels odd to me.

Honestly, after watching the trailer several more times (cuz what the hell else are ya gonna do?), it looks like the tiny shield is just his shield. Maybe it's less obstructive or more economical for someone carrying several other weapons.
I cant remember if they showed it in the trailer or not, but I feel like maybe the shield comes out of his arm, which is why its so small, plus it has those weird lines all over it. It would kinda make sense, as hed probably want to keep all his weapons on him all the time, and a large shield would be impractical.

Meh tbh and how small is that blade?
