Amazon.com with a November 1 release date and $79.99 price.
Something else of interest to note is that Amazon appears to confirm the long-rumored Rogue and Pyro 2-pack in the description of the Nimrod 3-Pack.

We knew Rogue was coming because she was first announced at Toy Fair, and t
he rumors strongly indicated that
Pyro was going to be included with her.
Hasbro did not talk about the Rogue figure earlier today and it remains the only unknown figure from Toy Fair that has yet to be officially revealed. Indications are that the set will be a general release or at the very least a Fan-Channel exclusive, but not exclusive to any one store.
