I hear ya!

I remember the first time I saw Captain Marvel in this suit; I did a double take 'cause something was off and I realized, Damn, she's come full circle....she's wearing Mar-Vell's colors! I like it way more than I thought I would. Although the red sash she wore before I thought was a nice nod to the scarf she had in her original outfit (not sure if that was the intent or not). The color here is nice and vibrant, and her head sculpt is far and away better than the ones on the previous MCU Carols. The main draw for me though is the Rescue armor, can't say enough about it. All in all, a great set!!

I dont know. Personally for me, its definitely essential, as we needed an Endgame version of Capt Marvel. Rescue might be less so, but the number one complaint I heard after the first release is that she didnt have her repulsive drones, which were integral from what most would consider her most iconic shot.
That said, maybe some people are on the fence about the set, but given its already running over twice the retail price on the aftermarket, clearly more people want it pretty bad.

I can add Rescue to my small list of MCU figures that I like and have. I'd love it if all the hinges on the back pack opened and closed, but otherwise this is spectacular!
So THATS how you attached those to Rescues back..
This is an amazing set in hand. The Carol figure is the winner here. Great likeness, great suit..
see I dont mind waiting to get movie accurate figures if this is the result. The First 10 years wave from a few years ago and this Infinity Saga sets are the definitive versions (mostly, not sure how they got a 2nd chance at IW Cap and missed again) so if it were certain we were getting accurate figures I wouldnt care if half @$$ed version like IW Cap #1, US Agent, Ant-Man #1 the first go around of the Children of Thanos etc.. those inaccurate suits never get displayed so would be nice only spend the money once
I can't wait to replace the original Rescue release with this one. Always wanted the drones and the extra heads are a nice touch. Good thing I only collect Iron Man figures, so I can sell the Captain Marvel to cushion the cost.
