No, even on the package summary they stress that these are the super heated claws.
I suspect a lot of people will pass on this one because its not the actual "astonishing" outfit, and we know that's coming. However, it wouldn't surprise me that when/if that one appears, its going to be some exclusive thing and probably in a pack with some weaker or less desired figures.

This would have been the perfect Astonishing Wolverine figure. Had they not included the much-maligned heated claws and just gave him regular claws.
