Because they are 2 separate companies under the same brand. Its like how McDonald's in the US is not the same as McDonald's in the eu.

I'm really stoked about this figure, sadly in Canada this still isn't scheduled to be released until May.
As much as I want this dude I think Im going to wait around to see if he gets a price cut. Looks so good though.. loving those greens.
