Yes I agree with everybody else that this looks great - but there's just no way I can justify the cost. The only Mezco figures that I've ever bought to this point are the Black Bolt / Lockjaw combo although I'm also very seriously considering their Ultimate Godzilla that is due out very soon...

not a Mezco guy but I still wish I'd have splurged and got this, I still might, looks awesome even just as a stand alone Ghost Rider Piece, super nicely done stuff here Mezco, the prices are just too high for me.

Maybe Ramen TOYS will make one for $200. Really stick it to Mezco the way they did to Hasbro (insert eye roll and sarcastic laugh)
