They've been in the biz long enough to have improved cloth goods, especially since this is only a cape. Otherwise, this is an incredibly good looking figure; at first look I didn't care for the face because it doesn't say "Emma" to me, but it does look like the artwork from this iteration of the character, and its good. The reviewer didn"t like the heels but they look good to me and very fitting for the character's outfit. Especially like the seams on the corset and leggings and the detail on the belt. Overall....Very well done.
You're not wrong about this. I just rmember how terribly terrible and awful the last one was and this just did the exact opposite. Yes her arms are pretty much stuck in that position but as far as the version of the character they were trying to portray they had very few options. Yes they could have gone the extra mile and did maybe a cloth cape or maybe a more elastic material but that seems like just a bit too much love and care for Hasbro to go through for a standard product. Especially when they know this version would be purchased by almost 100 percent of fans after that last version. In my mind it is a 100 percent improvement over the other but it is not perfect.

Yeah this figure looks so much better in hand then it did intially when they were showing it, her face looked pretty bad, but the end product her face is actually good, it's a really different face then her previous figures, which I like, the only issue with this figure is the cumbersome cape, which pretty much makes her arm movement nil, but it's a nice looking figure, happy to have it.

This figure is a masterpiece. This figure is everything the first one shoukd have been and maybe even better. Things like this i do not mind spending money on. It is essentially buying the same figure but as should be expected Hasbro got better over time and it is good to see them come back and correct old wrongs. Of course it comes at a price but if they do it right and good it's a price I'm willing to pay. It's things like this and Spiral that makes me so angry when Hasbro does some lazy poodah with some of Marvel's otger characters.
