Marvel Legends Classic Wasp Figure Coming In 2024, Not Part Of The Giant Man Haslab Campaign

Hasbro today showed off this render for their upcoming Marvel Legends Classic Wasp figure which will be part of their Avengers: Beyond Earth’s Mightiest celebration that will continue into 2024. This figure is something that will be released on it's own and is not part of the current Haslab Giant Man campaign which right now is still struggling to reach it's minimum goal of 10k backers. Right now that campaign has 6,375 backers, which means it still needs 3,625 backers in just under 4 days before it would move into production.

Now obviously Wasp is a figure that will go well with Giant Man if that were to get funded which is likely why they are showing it now. Hasbro in recent interviews has also indicated we would likely see others such as Yellowjacket and maybe even a 6" version of classic Giant Man be released in the line sometime in 2024.

Some will suggest these figures should have been included in the Haslab, but what those people seem to fail to grasp is that would have also increased the price of Giant Man from $200 to something likely closer to what we saw with past Haslabs. Not only does selling those figures separately help keep the price on the big guy down, it also gives collectors more options. For those who want Giant Man but maybe not all these extra figures, they aren't being forced to pay for them and vice versa. Those who might want the extra figures but not Giant Man can now easily pass on this Haslab. Going this route in my opinion is a win win for everyone.

I would not be surprised as we enter into the final days of the Giant Man campaign Hasbro doesnt show off some of the other figures like Yellowjacket as well.

Can't wait for this! I wonder if they will find a way to get that skull head to us someday. If not I'm still happy with what we're getting. Interested to see how much he will be going for on the secondary market.

Bringing that final Haslab in with a bang. Can't wait for mine. Wish they'd made him a tad bit larger as he's been known to grow over 60 ft. But I'll take what we can get. Now that the production costs for the mold are covered I wonder what the chances are of them doing Yellowjacket or Goliath or even Atlas in the new On Demand format. I wonder what people would be willing to pay. Personally if they did a Yellowjacket and included the 6 inch standard figure I'd be in for $150.

Love the pics! Damn, this thing looks great! Would love to see a Frost Giant produced that is just a tad smaller than Giant Man...that would be incredible!

I do hope this comes in under the, "you have to sign for it" price. It is always a huge pain for me to take off work. But then risking such a big package to porch piracy is rough too. Idk which one is worse.

Pulse typically uses FedEx to ship. FedEx offers a "Secure Pick-Up location" option through their website/app. You can have your package delivered to a local Walgreens or FedEx store in your area where they will hold the package for you until you are able to go pick it up and sign for it.

UPS and the USPS offer similar services for their packages.

Can't wait to have this thing in hand! Curious how Hasbro will measure success for Dragonman with it not officially being a Haslab, yet still being similar in many ways... Hoping they continue producing larger scale figures (a comic style Frost Giant is top of my list).

Hasbro is sending out emails to folks who backed the Haslab Marvel Legends Giant Man campaign last year letting them know it is soon going to be shipping. The main point of the email is to make sure people who backed it have their current address listed on their Haslab orders correctly. Based on previous campaigns the figure is likely still weeks away from actually shipping, but we are getting close.

Looking at these images of just the head are starting to make me regret my decision to pull the plug on this Haslab after I backed it
